MochaHost, founded in 2002 located in the Silicon Valley ( San Jose, California ), MochaHost was offering both Linux and Microsoft Windows shared web hosting plans. But beware don’t trust them totally, read the real review here:

1. Control Panel – Control Panel is very important aspect of shared hosting. Mochahost claims that their Cpanle is good but in truth their Cpanel is worst. It is very difficult to get any work done through the control panel, some time it works some time it’s not.

2. Customer Support – Poor. Very slow to answer. They are not going to answer all your questions. It looks like there is a serious communication problem with Mochahost. Or they are not technically strong to answer your questions. Also their submit ticket takes usually 2-3 days of time in order to get reply. Mochahost Sucks in terms of Customer Support.

3. Server Uptime: Poor. Most of the time the server uptime is slow and may time Mochahost server down and that’s really suck specially when you have a business website. It might be possible that they themselves using some kind of shared or reseller account. Also many times we have observed that their MySQL Database does not work that makes Mochahost sucks.

4. Price: Mochahost offers really very cheap hosting plan but you get what you pay for. Cheap hosting leads to bad customer support, server down and even site down too.

I hate mochahost because they cheat and lie! They have the most ignorant technical support. They do not have a LIVE phone number, it is only an answering machine. My server has been down for 3 weeks without any attempt to fix it. They just repeat their replies (copy/past)! Do NOT chose mochahost!

website down for no reason, it’s been 7 days !!!! customer support not responding banned my IP from accessing mochahost.com and mochasupport.com all my 75 domains have been locked out without any explanation.

In the some points you are true but mochahost is not cheat. Problem is only that they have few bad technicians.

Mochahost is logically good one but technically so bad………..features attracts but when we use the mochahost it frustrated the user

The worst company ever. Not professional and not respecting their customers. I lost 700 USD for a VPS that was mis configured since the beginning. Stay away from them!!

I SWEAR MOCHAHOST ARE THE WORST SH*T IN THE HISTORY, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HUMAN BEINGS, THEY ARE IDIOTS! PERFORMANCE IS THIS, QUALITY IS SHIT, AND THEY SUSPEND ALL OUR WEBSITES WHEN ONLY ONE OF THEM EXCEEDS 200 VISITORS PER DAY!

According to my experience, they really bad in Customer Support and must need to improve their hosting services. Thanks for sharing your experience, hope this will help other folks to beware and stay far from Mochahost.

Mocha Host is really horrible. Their Cpanel often doesn’t work. Their technical and custoemr service staff are lazy robots. They don’t actually read your tickets and they only copy and repeat their reply, like robots. Only new cutomers would be cheated by Mochahost and that’s why they still in business. But then the really regretful customers would leave as soon as they can.

MOCHAHOST.COM REVIEW, COMPLAINT & WARNING!
Mochahost prices are cheap but there is a reason which they will force you to upgrade and pay a lot more than if you were to go to another webhosting that costed a little more in the first place. All the statements below are true.

1. FALSE ADVERTISING – They claim they offer unlimited domains, unlimited space and unimited bandwidth. But they will
2. SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT ANYTIME at will without warning and try to
3. FORCE YOU TO UPGRADE your account. They do not give you unlimited bandwidth nor unlimited storage. This is false advertising which there should be a class action lawsuit against mochahost.com. Luring you to buy their cheap plans is a webhosting scam and trick which Mocahost uses to later try to force you to upgrade by suspending your account if you do not.
4. NOT HELPFUL online support – The online tech support is completely useless and they will terminate the chat as fast as they can and just tell you to write a support ticket.
5. NO PHONE. You cannot call them. This is one big warning sign for you. If you request they call you, you might have to wait a long time if they even call you back.
6. NOT FRIENDLY customer tech support. They are only friendly before you sign up.
7. Mochahost DOES NOT ADMIT FAULT. No matter how you prove there is a problem with the server, they will try their best to tell you nothing is wrong. Perhaps this is their way to avoid any lawsuit or compensation for server down time and problems. They will find ways to blame your codes or anything possible so that they can avoid the responsibility. When you prove it to them, they will still not admit error, then tell you they cannot help you and ask you to write a support ticket. Complaints to Mochahost.com will only make them suspend your account which they will make up a reason. If you want an honest webhost, this isn’t it. In fact, this is one of the least honest host and the worst web hosting company we have dealt with in the past 10 years.
8. Their SERVERS ARE NOT STABLE. The server has stalling issues or downtime about one time every two weeks on average.
9. Mochahost just DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. If you want to try them out, sign up for a short time period and you’ll know exactly why Mochahost gets the most complaints of all web hosting companies.
10. CHECK THE BBB (Better Business Bureau Email: info@bbbsilicon.org) to read their negative web hosting reviews and also make a complaint against Mochahost. They have plenty of complaints. Don’t go with them because you think they are cheap. That is a big mistake. If you file a complaint against Mochahost with the BBB, type in Mochahost for their searched name.
11. SUE MOCHAHOST for their mistreatment and for being unethical. You can email elawcase@gmail.com and the more complaints the better for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST MOCHAHOST.COM.
