1. Very bad customer support: They took 4-5 days in order to reply a mail. No online support, most of the time no one will be available to support online. They not even mentioned their Phone no. or customer support no. on their Contact Us page. So you can assume how horrible kind of services they are offering:

2. Email not works: Many times their email address doesn’t work. Many clients said that email not work properly and sometimes it took an hour to receive mail.

3. Database Problem: If you have Ecommerce or CMS website like WordPress or Joomla then you will notice website down and server configuration issue.

4. Domain Pointing Issue: If your domain is registered somewhere else and hosting with CPWebhosting.com then it will take more than 10 days in order to point to their server.

5. No Online Support: There is live chat option available online but most of the time no one is available to support you.

6. Control Panel: If you are not so technically expert then you will have to struggle with Cpwehosting.com Control Panel.

Sen: I used Cpwebhosting.com / .net services and most of the time my email was not working. Problem occurred with MySQL Database as well. Their customer services is terrible and they don’t even know technical terms. Be aware Cpwehosting, total lost of money.

Astral Walker: Two weeks ago I ordered web hosting at cpwebhosting.net. Until yesterday they could not provide me what they promised and yesterday I got an email that they will refund my money. Every single time I have wanted anything to happen its me who have contacted them, they never took the initiative. Sure, I had some special requirements, but I was promised from the first contact with them that they could deliver.
